Hi, I'm Melissa.

How is this different from The S.A.F.E. Method or Unleashed?

The S.A.F.E. Method is a 26-week comprehensive deep-immersion program. Unleashed is a 90-day focused transformation program. This is the entry point to both.

How much time do I actually need each day?

15 to 25 minutes per day. Each day has a short lesson, a guided assessment to fill out (worksheet provided), and one practical tool to try.

The work is designed to fit between school pickups, between meetings, in the cracks of a normal day. If you have time to scroll your phone, you have time for this.

Do I need to do it in 5 consecutive days?

I've tried meditation, breathing, vagus nerve exercises. Why would this work?
